Cannock has been working with the self-developed ERP system Trace for some time now. With this system, all invoicing and collection matters are handled efficiently. Because there was a need to expand the system with new processes and functionalities, as an external IT department we were able to offer Cannock innovative support.
SMART4Solutions now supports Cannock in the further development of Trace. We were the first to introduce Oracle APEX with which several new functionalities have been developed. An example. With the “Data Processing” application we developed, Cannock is now able to read import files of their customers in Trace in a simple and user-friendly way. But also the administrative reporting of customer contacts of bailiffs is now put into Trace via an Oracle APEX application.
With an Oracle APEX environment that we set up, Cannock is now able to quickly and easily develop new processes and functionalities to continue to stand out from the competition.
