Based on Caliber Globe’s business goals, SMART4Solutions was asked to develop a ‘light version’ P.o.C. (proof of concept). The objective was to create a CRM that connects all stakeholders and keeps them focused, ensuring a smooth and fast supply chain to help international retailers get their stores operational and ‘up and running’ as quickly as possible. We developed a wireframe, design, and ultimately a prototype, which allowed internal teams and some of Caliber’s partners to assess the application’s viability. This reliable approach saved a significant amount of time on actually building the final CRM.
