Our employees will drive only in leased cars that are energy efficient or hybrid. We also encourage the use of public transport or bicycles. For example, one of our newer employees received a public transport pass instead of a commuting allowance. There are also initiatives from the employees themselves. One example is carpooling to customers and even to and from home.

In our business operations we are looking for ways to protect the environment. We work a lot digitally, so that we only have one printer in the office. Processes such as payroll, submitting claims and invoicing all take place digitally. In addition, meetings can take place remotely via Skype or Microsoft Teams. We notice that even with customers we are increasingly consulting in this way.

In all the applications that we develop for ourselves and our clients, we are constantly working to sustainably improve functionalities. By programming smartly, we ensure that functionalities are improved without increasing the size of the application. This not only saves money because we have to host less data, it also saves energy.

We stimulate the local economy. For example, we buy groceries for the canteen from local entrepreneurs. We organize team outings or staff parties at an organization in our neighborhood. Not only good for the local economy, but also good for the environment.
